The brand uploaded a report, reviewed its details, and approved publishing the complete PDF. i420 stores the original document at a permanent report URL. When no product batch number is supplied, the page and badge say “Batch not provided.” A laboratory Sample ID does not establish a packaging batch match.

This status does not mean the issuing laboratory confirmed the report with i420. AI extraction is transcription assistance, not authentication.

Lab confirmation is a separate step

A future “Report Verified” status requires documented confirmation against the issuing laboratory’s records and matching report, product, and batch identifiers. This release issues the hosted badge only.

Neither hosting nor document confirmation establishes the safety or legality of a product, or authenticates every physical package carrying its QR code.

You choose what becomes public

Uploads start as private drafts. A brand must review the original PDF and confirm permission to publish before a record is shared. AI prefills private drafts; the brand must review the details before publishing. Missing information remains visible as missing.

Records keep their history

Publishing locks the batch details and original PDF. A withdrawn record keeps its page and shows the withdrawal reason. Its QR code continues to point to that same record.

File fingerprints identify the stored bytes; they do not prove that a laboratory issued the document. Public retention terms and a correction process must be established before commercial launch.
